Nintendo Considering 3D Remake of Zelda: A Link to the Past

Eiji Aonuma, the creator of the Zelda series, says that he would be very interested in what Link to the past would be like if they remade it with 3d graphics. Could this be a sign of the remake we have all been waiting for?
